Frequently Asked Questions

Technical

  • Why did the imported image suddenly break or stop displaying?

We use a CDN to display images, so the imported images are loaded from the CDN server. Sometimes, if the server is under heavy load, the images may not load properly. We recommend replacing the imported image with one from your own directory after the import.

  • Why does the imported demo site look different from the demo preview?

Sometimes, this happens because of conflicts with other plugins. Try deactivating all plugins except wpOpus. If your site isn’t new and has old or unimportant content, or is still being worked on, use the WP Reset plugin to reset your site and then try importing the demo again.

  • Why does the typography look different from the demo after importing the template to my site?

When you import a template or pattern into your editor, the typography isn’t included. Templates are designed to use your site’s existing typography while providing a pre-built design. If you want the same typography as the demo, use your browser to inspect the font being used, then apply it to your site using the wpOpus typography feature. For help with the typography feature, refer to the Typography Documentation

  • Why is the page taking a long time to refresh after updating the wpOpus Pro plugin?

After updating the wpOpus Pro plugin, all previously installed typography fonts are deleted. The system needs to reinstall the typography locally on your server. If you had a long list of typography installed, this process may take some time, and sometimes the page might show an error of Request Time Out.
If this happens, simply refresh the page, and the process will continue, allowing the page to load. Once all the fonts are installed, you will not have page loading issue any further.

Please note, this issue only affects the admin page; the front-end of your site will not experience any loading problems.

License

  • How can I check my license key?

Your license key is available on the order page after purchasing the product. Alternatively, once you log in to the “My Account” page, you will find a tab for your license.

  • How can I transfer my license key to a different domain?

You can complete this process yourself. First, log in through “My Account” page and navi gate to the license tab, where you will find options to activate or deactivate your license. Deactivate the license on the current domain, then visit your new domain where wpOpus Pro is installed and activate the license key there.

  • How can I log in to my account if I don’t have the password?

If you haven’t set a password or created an account, WooCommerce automatically creates an account for you using the email address you used to purchase the product. To set a new password, simply use the “Forgot your password?” link and enter the email address you used for the purchase and follow the procedure.

  • What happens if my license expires?

When your license expires, you will no longer be able to use wpOpus Pro. To regain access, you will need to purchase a new Pro version from our website. After your purchase, you will receive a new license key. Be sure to activate the new key to continue using wpOpus Pro.

  • Will I be notified when my license is about to expire?

Yes, you will see a notification from one week before your license expires. A notice bar will appear in your dashboard, reminding you to purchase a new license.
